Any paying LTE customer. You need to be using the product yourself to credibly recommend it. We review every application - this is curated, not open. We want people who genuinely love the tool, not people chasing commissions.
When someone clicks your link, a 60-day cookie tracks the referral. If they sign up and become a paying customer within that window, they're attributed to you for life. Your promo code works the same way without needing a click.
Commission is calculated monthly. Payouts happen Net 30 - so April's commission arrives at the end of May. Minimum payout is $50 AUD; anything under that rolls over to the next month. Payments are made via bank transfer.
As long as the customer you referred keeps paying their LTE subscription, you keep earning commission. If they cancel, your commission stops. If they re-subscribe later, your commission restarts. No 12-month cap. No sunset.
If a referred customer refunds within 30 days, the commission is reversed. After 30 days, the commission is locked and non-reversible. Standard practice for any legitimate program.

Ambassadors are independent contractors responsible for their own tax obligations. If your lifetime earnings exceed certain thresholds, we may ask for an ABN (Australia) or W-9 (US). Details are in the full terms.
