The agreement

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 11, 2026. Plain English version, with a "formal legal" version available on request.

These are the terms of using LeadTrackEngine. We wrote them in plain English because we think legal jargon is a way of hiding things. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain.

1. What LTE is

LeadTrackEngine is a customer relationship management (CRM) and business tool for network marketers. You use it to track your contacts, follow up with them, build landing pages, send messages, and manage your business.

2. Your account

When you sign up, you agree to:

  • Give us accurate information (real name, working email)
  • Keep your password secure and not share it
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Only use LTE for lawful purposes
  • Not use LTE to spam people, send unsolicited bulk messages, or do anything that would embarrass us or you

3. Your content is yours

Everything you put into LTE - contacts, notes, messages, pages, scripts - remains your property. We host it for you. We don't claim ownership of it. We don't sell it. We don't use it to train AI models. We don't share it with other LTE users.

By using LTE, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content only as needed to deliver the service to you.

4. What you can't do with LTE

The short version: don't be a jerk. The specific version:

  • No spam. Don't import email lists you bought or scraped. Don't send messages to people who haven't given you permission to contact them.
  • No illegal stuff. Don't use LTE to promote anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
  • No harassment. Don't use LTE to harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.
  • No reverse-engineering. Don't try to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app.
  • No reselling. Don't resell your LTE account or sublicense access to it.
  • No automated bulk actions. Don't build bots or scripts that automate bulk messaging or contact creation beyond what the UI allows.

Violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account, with 30 days notice where possible.

5. Payment and trials

LTE offers a 14-day free trial of our Pro plan to new users. Credit card required at signup. At the end of your trial, your card is charged for the Pro plan monthly fee and your subscription continues unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately - you won't be charged for the next period, but you also won't be refunded for time already paid for in the current period.

Pricing is displayed in your local currency on the pricing page and is set based on the exchange rate to US dollars on the day you sign up. Prices may be updated from time to time with 30 days notice.

6. Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Beyond 7 days, we don't offer refunds for partial months. If you feel there's been a billing error or unusual circumstance, email us and we'll sort it out.

7. Uptime and availability

We aim to keep LTE running 24/7. Sometimes it breaks. When it does, we'll fix it as fast as we can. We don't guarantee specific uptime percentages, but we do commit to:

  • Posting status updates on our status page during incidents
  • Notifying affected users by email for extended outages
  • Making backups available if we ever corrupt your data

We may need to take LTE offline temporarily for maintenance. We'll give advance notice when we can.

8. Your exit

You can leave LTE anytime. When you do:

  • You can export all your data from inside the app (contacts, notes, pages, everything)
  • Your subscription is cancelled immediately; no more charges
  • We retain your data for 90 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it
  • Billing history is kept longer as required by law, but not linked to an active account

If you ever want your data permanently deleted immediately rather than after 90 days, email us.

9. Limitation of liability

LTE is provided "as is." We'll do our best to keep it running, keep your data safe, and fix things when they break. But we can't be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost opportunities, etc.)
  • Business decisions you make based on information from LTE
  • Anything a user of LTE says to one of their contacts
  • Third-party services we integrate with (Stripe, Postmark, etc.)

Our total liability to you, for anything, is capped at the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. If you're on a free trial and haven't paid anything, that cap is zero.

None of this limits liability where applicable law says it can't be limited - for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Disputes

If you have a complaint, email hello@leadtrackengine.com first. We'll genuinely try to resolve it. If we can't, formal disputes are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll update these terms from time to time. For changes that meaningfully affect your rights, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance. For clarifications and typo fixes, we just update the date at the top.

If you don't agree with new terms, your only option is to stop using LTE. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

12. Contact

Questions, complaints, feedback: hello@leadtrackengine.com. Real humans read every message.

We wrote these terms trying to be fair, not tricky. If anything here feels unfair, tell us - there's a decent chance we'll change it.
