LeadTrackEngine ("LTE", "we", "us") is built on the belief that your data belongs to you. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we promise never to do with it.
What we collect
When you use LTE we collect the minimum information needed to run the app:
- Account info: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text)
- Contact data you enter: the names, emails, phone numbers, notes and tags you add to your contact list
- Usage data: which features you use, when you log in, what pages you view - so we can understand what's working and what isn't
- Payment information: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number
- Device info: browser type, IP address, and rough location (country-level) to serve the right language and currency
What we do with it
Your data is used to:
- Run the app and deliver the features you signed up for
- Send you essential emails about your account, billing, and service changes
- Improve LTE by understanding how it's used in aggregate (never your individual contacts or notes)
- Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests
What we will never do
This is the part that matters:
- We will never sell your data. Not to marketers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your contact list is not a product we monetise.
- We will never give your contacts to your upline, team leader, or the company you distribute for. Your relationships are yours.
- We will never lock you in. Export your entire business at any time, one tap, for free.
- We will never share your private notes or messages. The personal stuff stays personal.
Who we share data with
We only share data with a small number of essential service providers who help us run LTE:
- Stripe - payment processing
- Postmark - transactional email (billing, account notifications)
- Cloudflare - security and CDN (never stores your content)
- Our hosting provider - the physical infrastructure LTE runs on
Each of these providers has signed data processing agreements with us and is bound by their own privacy commitments. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can:
- See what we have on you - every detail, via the account settings page or by emailing us
- Export everything - one tap from inside the app, CSV format, no questions asked
- Delete your account - one tap from inside the app. We keep backups for 90 days for disaster recovery, then permanently erase
- Correct anything that's wrong - either in the app yourself, or by contacting us
- Complain to a regulator - if you think we've done something wrong and we don't fix it, you have the right to file a complaint with your local privacy authority
If you're in the EU/UK, you have additional GDPR rights. If you're in California, you have CCPA rights. Both are already covered by the rights above - we apply them globally as our standard.
Cookies
LTE uses minimal cookies: one to keep you logged in, one to remember your preferences. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The marketing site uses a single analytics cookie to count visitors - no personal data, no cross-site tracking.
Security
We take the responsibility of holding your contacts seriously. LTE uses:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS everywhere)
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data
- Secure password hashing (bcrypt)
- Daily automated backups with 90-day retention
- Access logging for our own team - we don't read your contacts for fun
Children
LTE isn't designed for people under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy in a way that meaningfully changes your rights, we'll email you before the changes take effect. Small clarifications and typo fixes don't trigger notifications. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

Questions about privacy, data, or anything on this page: email hello@leadtrackengine.com. Real humans read every message.
We built LTE because we were tired of tools that treated their users' data like a product to be sold. Everything on this page exists because it's how we'd want to be treated ourselves.
